Shipping policy

his Shipping Policy applies only to optional printed packs and other physical materials purchased from The Health Sciences Academy.

Courier delivery costs are included in the price of eligible printed packs, so there is no separate standard shipping charge for these optional extras.

Orders are sent to the delivery address provided at checkout using an appropriate courier or postal service. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, local courier availability, customs processing and other factors outside THSA's reasonable control.

Where delivery is outside the UK, any import duties, customs charges or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.

Digital courses, certifications, subscriptions and other online products are delivered electronically and are not subject to this Shipping Policy.
