14-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Eligible courses include our voluntary 14-Day Refund Guarantee, giving you time to explore the course and decide whether it is right for you.

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase, provided you have completed no more than 3 course modules and have not substantially completed, downloaded or extracted the course content, completed a final assessment, or received a certificate or credential.

The guarantee is intended to give you a reasonable opportunity to evaluate your course, rather than provide temporary access to complete or retain the learning materials.

For purchases made through an Installment Plan, the 14-day period starts from the original purchase date and does not restart with each installment. If an eligible refund is approved, any remaining installments for that purchase will be cancelled.

Some bespoke services or products may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated before purchase.

This voluntary guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
